Apologies for my lack of diligence in keeping up with my blog. I’m not one for excuses, but sometimes life overtakes other passions.
During the summer of 2023, the Office of the Saskatchewan Information and Privacy Commissioner (OIPC) rendered a decision concerning a review of my freedom of information request. The OIPC ruled in my favour and informed the Ministry they must comply in providing certain COVID communication records between themselves and the Holy Family School board. In late August 2023, the Ministry of Education refused to comply with those recommendations. My only recourse was to take the Ministry of Education to King’s Court. FYI, during my information quest, I discovered school boards were active agents of the SHA in propagating the COVID narrative.
Once the OIPC rendered a decision, I had 30 days to file an application with the courts or drop it. I quickly filed an application. My next step was to understand the judicial system and prepare my affidavit, and draft my written and oral arguments. November 7, 2023, saw my date in King’s Court.
Having no experience in court (my one time in small claims court or providing testimony forty years prior for a lawsuit—not withstanding), I decided to self-represent. I have no regrets; I believed my performance was admirable against two seasoned government lawyers.
Just a few days earlier, the OIPC rendered another decision for freedom of information. The OIPC ruled in my favour against the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA). Within days, the SHA refused to provide records of accuracy concerning the COVID PCR test.
Once more, my only recourse was King’s Court, and I needed to prepare an affidavit and arguments. February 13, 2024, saw me in front of a King’s Court judge litigating against one SHA lawyer. Either she was over-confident, or she didn’t care, because I found her litigation to be extremely weak. Her defense was more of an attack upon me, rather than my arguments—which were based on scientific fact and other court documents.
Incidentally, we are now in late-August. Neither judge has rendered a decision. I suspect nothing will happen until after our provincial general election this fall. I believe our judicial system is corrupt.
Within 3 days of my day in court, my upline/mentor for my part-time gig as a financial agent informed me, she was headhunted by another MGA and was now changing her affiliation to this agency. So, for the next month, I researched the benefits of this new agency. Within 3 weeks, I decided to join the Experior Financial Group. During the next three to four months, my time was spent aggressively onboarding and learning new products. My product selection and increased fifteen-fold. After my credentials were transferred, the task was to share what I learned with new and old clients.
This brings us to mid-August 2024. My hectic schedule slowed enough that I could exhale. Unfortunately, this reprieve is short-lived. I am now preparing for a provincial general election slated for late October. My involvement with the Saskatchewan United Party continues, and so too are my freedom of information battles. Many of which continue to be in the hands of the OIPC.
My intent is to take Premier Scott Moe, Dustin Duncan, Paul Merriman and Sadiq Shahab to court once the OIPC renders a decision to four of my requests. When done, I will either have their vaccination passport records or Canada will no longer have vaccine passports because a court will deem vaccine passports as personal information.
In one way or another, those who actively propagated a phony pandemic, those who removed our loss of rights and freedoms, and those who coerced some of us into injecting a mRNA drug that alters your DNA while having less than 1% efficacy, will be brought to justice.
My crusade continues as I continue freedom of information requests to gather evidence to bring these criminals to justice. My political activism with the Sask United Party continues as I sit as Executive Director for policy and governance. Because of the upcoming fall election, I’ve offered my campaign experience to a green candidate who seeks to remove a Sask Party candidate in a Sask Party stronghold. My friend, Rose McInnes, has a very good chance of winning this riding.
Stay tuned.
