Many Canadians, and others outside Canada, are awaking to the realization democracy or more aptly the rights and freedoms for Canadians are dead.
On February 14th, 2022, Justin Trudeau evoked our obsolete War Measures Act. On the 15th JT penned his name to emergency orders Under Part II of the Canada Gazette SOR/2022-20, being a Proclamation Declaring a Public Order Emergency.
Now renamed Emergency Measures Act, Justin wished to remove those pesky freedom loving truckers from the streets of Ottawa. Intended to give the Canadian government extra powers during times of war, invasion and insurrection; our China loving dictator made history by becoming the first Canadian leader to invoke an act dealing with disasters and emergencies. Apparently, our Prime Minister needed to stop bouncy castles, air horns, and a trucker convoy protesting our loss of freedoms from Covid-19 measures.
Notwithstanding that his order failed to comply with the terms of the Emergencies Act, which requires for the purpose of a “national emergency” that the emergency: 3(a) seriously endangers the lives, health and safety of Canadians and is of such proportions or nature as to exceed the capacity or authority of a province to deal with it; or (b) seriously threatens the ability of the Government of Canada to preserve the sovereignty, security and territorial integrity of Canada and that cannot be effectively dealt with under any other law of Canada.
Nor did his orders comply with Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms, that enables us to peacefully protest. Deceptively, he and a few WEF globalists could not handle smiling children and fed-up citizens carrying jerry cans. Instead, our PM and his journalist henchmen characterized our freedom loving convoy as “misogynists”, “racists”, “right wing”, “fringe”, “anti-science”, “anti-vaxxers” and “terrorists”.
Knowing the peace-loving truckers weren’t backing down, Trudeau released his boot jacking thugs (many of whom he imported from foreign countries) to provoke violence. Those thugs destroyed private property, seized Canadian assets from those they deemed terrorists, and arrested and charged individuals with mischief. Some of those individuals who our fascist politicians deemed terrorist leaders remain incarcerated: Tamara Lich, Pat King, Freedom George and the Pawlowski brothers—Artur and Dawid.
Meanwhile, Trudeau, who has paid off convicted terrorists and released career criminals, punishes our peaceful truck protesters with imprisonment. Embarrassed by a few truckers who circled their chariots around Parliament Hill, Justin needed to assert his power or save face in front of the world.
One must be a foreign funded extremist to actively protest in Canada. Being an authentic terrorist allows one to block and destroy railroads or pipeline facilities, or for that matter burn down Churches without fear of reprisal.
A few of us already knew democracy died, early into 2020 when our political leaders informed Canadian citizens, we were non-essential and forced us into confinement within our homes akin to martial law. Not yet done with draconian measures, with no scientific basis, a facial diaper needed to be enforced.
Democracy’s erosion hastened with implementing vaccinations. Uniformed Canadians remained unaware vaccinations are medical procedures, just as masking is a medical device; both of which require informed personal consent. Nor did Canadians realize, covid testing and the vaccines contravened our DNA act, while vaccine passports violated HIPA. Corrupt politicians and health officials led many Canadians astray with enticements. Failing that, they resorted to coercion and extortion to force Canadians into an unsafe and unproven vaccination(s).
Will Canadians wake up and take back what was lost?
